cccia-logo-construction-associationThank you to the members of the Cape Coral Construction Association who have voted Spiro & Associates as a finalist for the 2016 Affiliate of the Year.

We appreciate your vote of confidence, and are proud of our contributions to the building industry in Cape Coral and elsewhere in Florida.

Providing ongoing expertise for land developers and others is just one way we support the industry.

One such example is CoCo of Cape Coral LLC, which recently sold The Villages at Entrada to D.R. Horton — “America’s Builder,” the largest homebuilder by volume in the U.S. for 14 consecutive years.

D.R. Horton purchased the 317-acre, 721-lot fully permitted and platted single-family subdivision that is one of the largest fully permitted properties in Southwest Florida west of I-75. Chris Spiro is one of CoCo of Cape Coral’s trusted advisors helping himto navigate the local nuances of politics and bureaucracy.

Construction Association Member Support

Spiro & Associates also provides expertise to a number of other construction association members with ties to Cape Coral, including:

  • Castle Harbour Homes (recently selected as a preferred builder in Babcock Ranch, congratulations!)
  • Frey & Son Homes
  • Koogler Homes
  • Premier Cape Construction
  • Siesta Pebble
  • Southern Premier Homes
  • Storm Smart (opened its first Model Showcase of Homes in the downtown area)
  • Royal Shell Real Estate (opened its first branch location in Cape Coral in November)

All of their successes is part of the city’s success, and the building industry’s success.

Also important to Team Spiro is supporting the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association itself. Chris is a second-term, two-year board of directors member, and the Agency has been available to the nonprofit group for pro-bono services such as creating and disseminating press releases.

The construction association winners will be announced at the CCCIA Ace Awards & Holiday Party on Friday, Dec. 9, at Cape Cabaret in downtown Cape Coral. All the best to all finalists!
