Spiro & Associates took home two Silver Awards in the NAHB Nationals program that pays tribute to superior sales and marketing achievements by individual sales and marketing professionals, home builders and associates.
CEO Christopher Spiro accepted the awards earlier this month at the National Association of Home Builders’ The Nationals Awards Gala during the International Builders Show® at Hyatt Regency Orlando.
Silver Awards for Spiro & Associates
1) Best Direct Mail Program: The Inlets “Land & See” VIP Realtor Invitation.
2) Best Special Promotion: The Inlets “Land & See” VIP Realtor Event.
The work was done for two prominent builders, Neal Signature Homes and Medallion Home, both Sarasota-based homebuilders and Agency clients.
The Agency was challenged to create a special promotion to reach a target market of VIP Realtors in the Bradenton, Florida, area to encourage them to attend a special event at The Inlets waterfront community to learn about the final 42 waterfront home sites. It needed to catch the invitees’ attention and make them curious enough to attend the event.
The invitation was a full-scale electric model speedboat delivered in a custom container to a select group inviting them to attend the exclusive “Land & See Event.” But we removed the remote control that was needed to operate the boat. To get that, recipients would have to attend the event.
The strategy worked remarkably well, as more than 750 guests attended the reception. The event created the anticipated buzz that helped springboard sales of the remaining home sites for both Medallion Home and Neal Signature Homes.
NAHB Nationals Silver Winners
Silver Award winners are the top vote recipients in each NAHB Nationals category. A three-day judging process included a panel of seven industry professionals from across the country who determined the winners from more than 1,100 entries in 57 categories.
